Maximo Consultant

The responsibility of the candidate will include working with stakeholders to qualify demands, work with various departments on developing solutions for various demands, application & process design, lead business workshops and completion of Business requirements documents, perform data analysis activities, work with Development, PM and QA team to complete projects/tasks. Be accountable for the assigned business process area and be able to raise any risks/issues.


Work with compliance, EH&S and Lead department to transform various business processes into Maximo functional requirements. Keep-up with the pace of time-sensitive critical business needs and provide quick quality deliverables.

Skills Desired:
  • Minimum nine (9) years of experience in converting functional requirements into technical specifications, and configure, tailor, and or customize solutions including building interface    
  • Must possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work well in a project team environment                                     
  • Minimum nine (9) years expert knowledge of application development, testing and programming.                      
  • Understanding of data structures, work-flow & process designs                                     
  • Experience in CRM, Maximo Assets Management application is desirable 
  • Proficient in Writing Oracle SQL scripts & perform data analysis                               
  • Knowledge of enterprise asset work management processes is a plus                            
Duties:
  • Lead Workshops, document business requirements                          
  • Complete Solutioning and Qualifying demands                                  
  • Business support and coordination with different teams
